VIP PENN Millionaire Qualifier Tournament T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)
The “VIP PENN Play Millionaire Qualifier Tournament” offers select and invited players the opportunity to compete for a chance to win a seat at the PENN Play Millionaire Slot Tournament in Las Vegas, NV at the M Resort on May 27, 2026. For every $5 or more in single cash wagers placed on the Eligible Games, players will earn one (1) Leaderboard point towards the Leaderboard. At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, the top three (3) players who earn the most Leaderboard Points will win a share of PENN Play Credits (defined below).
The “VIP PENN Millionaire Qualifier Tournament” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

How It Works (short terms)
- Opt-in Requirement: Players must join the Leaderboard by hitting the ‘Join Now’ button/prompt.
- Eligibility: Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication (see Section 3). Player invitation is based on previous play activity.

Eligible Wagers: Players must place cash wagers on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. For every $5 or more in single cash wagers placed on the Eligible Games available on Hollywood Casino, players will earn 50 Leaderboard Points. Wagers less than $5 will not count towards the Leaderboard. All cash wagers must settle within the Promotion Period to be eligible. There is no limit to the number of Leaderboard Points that can be accumulated during the Promotion Period.
- Promotion Offer: Players who join and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will earn Leaderboard Points towards the Leaderboard. The top three (3) players with the most Leaderboard Points at the conclusion of the Promotion Period will earn a share of PENN Play Credits. In addition, the top winner will earn a seat into the PENN Play Millionaire Slot Tournament at M Resort from May 27, 2026 - May 31, 2026. After the winner have been determined, the player will be contacted by the Sponsor via email associated with their Hollywood Casino.

Additional Terms
- All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
- By opting-in to the Promotion, players consent to having their redacted username displayed on the leaderboard.
- WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.
- The Leaderboard will be updated periodically during the Promotion Period and available on the official promotion page.
- After the results of the Leaderboard are finalized, the winners will be notified via the email address associated with the player’s Account within three (3) business days.
- If two (2) or more Participants finish in the same final position on the Leaderboard, the Participant who has the higher handle during the Promotion Period will receive the higher valued prize.
- PENN Play Credit is applied to a player’s Account automatically and must be used within two (2) days after receipt.

2. Promotion Period

3. Eligibility

4. Action Required

In addition, the top winner will earn a seat into the PENN Play Millionaire Slot Tournament at M Resort from May 27, 2026 - May 31, 2026.

6. Registration Procedures
To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.
7. Limitations on Participation
In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.
8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions
Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.
9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
- Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
- PENN Play Credit may be used on Hollywood Casino or theScore Bet and must be manually selected when placing a wager.

10. Eligible Games

PENN Play Credits may be used on any markets on theScore Bet or any games available on Hollywood Casino.
11. Restrictions on Withdrawal
Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash.
PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.
- PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit.
12. Cancellation
To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

- You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
- By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
- Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
- Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
- Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
- Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
