What is the Bet Reset reward currency?
The Bet Reset reward currency is a type of reward that gives players a built-in safety net for certain bets. When a user places a qualifying wager, they can switch on Bet Reset right from the bet slip.
If that bet loses, we’ll automatically return your stake as a Bonus Bet, up to the value of the Bet Reset. If the bet wins, everything pays out normally, and the token is just marked as used.
Where can I toggle on the Bet Reset?
Eligible wagers will surface a ‘Bet Reset’ option directly in the betslip. The player may toggle the Bet Reset before placing the wager.
What happens if I have multiple rewards to use within the betslip?
Players can click the down arrow next to their available rewards, select the Bet Reset they want to use, and then proceed to place their wager.
Do I have to opt in to receive the Bet Reset?
Yes, players must opt-in and claim the Bet Reset, which can be done at the home page in the promotion carousel or by selecting the icon on the top right and clicking Promos.
Can I use the Bet Reset on any wager?
No, the Bet Resets are only available for certain wagers, which are outlined in the rewards section on the player’s account.
Where can I see my available Bet Resets?
Players will be able to find their Bet Resets, along with all other promotional rewards, by tapping the icon at the top right of the screen and selecting Rewards.
Can I use a Bet Reset with a Bonus Bet or Profit Boost?
No, players cannot use a Bet Reset with a Bonus Bet or Profit Boost.
Can I use multiple Bet Resets on one wager?
Only one Bet Reset may be applied per wager.
Do I have to wager the full amount for the Bet Reset?
Yes, players must wager at least the amount of the Bet Reset Players may choose to wager more than the token’s value, but if the wager is graded as a loss, only the amount covered by the token will be returned in a Bonus Bet.
