PENN Play Online Gift Giveaway T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”) 

 

Players who earn at least one (1) PENN Play Tier Point at any Hollywood Casino retail property location during the Promotion Period are eligible to select from various gift selections at a dedicated Gift and Go website. 

 

The “PENN Play Online Gift Giveaway (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following: 

 

  1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required. 
  • Eligibility: Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication. Invitation is based on previous player activity. 
  • Eligible Games: Any slots or table games at any Hollywood Casino retail property location. Please visit for the PENN Earn & Redeem page for full rules of PENN Play. 
  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place cash wagers on any Eligible Games at a Hollywood Casino retail property location during the Promotion Period. Please visit the PENN Play Program Rules on restrictions regarding PENN Play. 
  • Promotion Offer: Players must place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games at a Hollywood Casino retail property location during the Promotion Period. Players must earn at least one (1) PENN Play Tier Point during the Promotion Period to have the opportunity to select from various gift selections at the Gift and Go website.
  • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period: 
    • March 6, 2026: 12:00:00 AM ET - March 31, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Ineligible Wagers:  
  • Wagers settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided”.
  • Wagers funded with Bonus Bets or Profit Boosts. 
  • Wagers placed prior to opting-in. 
  • Wagers that settled outside of the Promotion Period. 
  • Wagers made without using their PENN Play loyalty card.  

 

Additional Terms 

  • THE WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE. 
  • In the case the Sponsor cannot fulfill any portion of the Promotion Offer for any unforeseeable reason, the random drawing winner will be paid the equivalent value of the unfulfilled portion in cash.
  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.

2. Promotion Period 

Below is the Promotion Period: 

  • March 6, 2026: 12:00:00 AM ET - March 31, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET 

 

3. Eligibility 

  1. Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication. Invitation is based on previous play activity. 
  2. Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details. 

 

4. Action Required 

Players must opt-in and place an Eligible Wager(s) on any Eligible Games at a Hollywood Casino retail property location during the Promotion Period. 

 

5. Claiming Promotion Offer 

Players will accumulate PENN Play Tier Points by placing Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Games at any Hollywood Casino retail property location during the Promotion Period. Once players earn at least one (1) Tier Point the player will receive an email within 72 hours with the dedicated URL to shop for their gift at GiftandGo.com. The player will have the opportunity to select from various gifts.  

 

6. Registration Procedures 

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.  

 

7.  Limitations on Participation 

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions 

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer.  Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer. 

 

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering 

  1. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers. 

 

10. Eligible Games 

Any slots or table games at any Hollywood Casino retail property location. 

 

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal 

Please visit the Earn & Redeem page for full rules of PENN Play on restrictions regarding the PENN Play Program Rules. 

 

12. Cancellation 

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at: support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn. 

 

13. Gambling Problem?

14. Other Terms 

  1. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.  
  2. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions. 
  3. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time. 
  4. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer. 
  5. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. 
  6. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.  
  7. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and 

its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members. 

  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet/Hollywood Casino immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
