$300K Bracket Buster Jackpot T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

Players will be randomly assigned one (1) team seeded 12 - 16 in the Men’s NCAAB Tournament on March 16, 2026. To qualify for the Jackpot, players must opt-in and place $10 or more (min. +200 total odds or longer) on any Men’s NCAAB Tournament market(s) during the Promotion Period. If the player’s assigned team advances the furthest in the Men’s NCAAB Tournament, they will win an equal share of the $300,000 Bonus Bet (defined below) Jackpot. Additionally, players can wager to earn additional rewards (defined below). Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account, per Promotion Period.

 

The “$300K Bracket Buster Jackpot” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is required.
  • Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
  • Eligible Games: Any Men’s NCAAB Tournament market(s) available on theScore Bet.
  • Eligible Wagers: Players must opt-in and place cumulative cash wagers of $10 or more on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period. Eligible Wagers must have total odds of +200 or longer.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in and place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games available on theScore Bet will be entered into the Jackpot. If the player’s assigned team makes it the furthest in the Men’s NCAAB Tournament, they will win an equal share of the $300,000 Bonus Bet Jackpot. In the event two (2) or more assigned teams reach the same round of the Men’s NCAAB Tournament, the $300,000 Bonus Bet Jackpot will be distributed evenly among players who placed Eligible Wager(s). Additionally, players can wager more than the jackpot entry amount to earn additional rewards. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account. Bonus Bets may be used on any market(s) available on theScore Bet. Each tier based on cumulative Eligible Wager amount described below:
    • Wager $10 - $49.99: Player will win an equal share of the $300,000 Bonus Bet Jackpot if their assigned team advances the furthest.
    • Wager $50 - $99.99: Player will win an equal share of the $300,000 Bonus Bet Jackpot if their assigned team advances the furthest in the Men’s NCAAB Tournament. Player will also receive a 50% Live Men’s NCAAB Parlay/Same Game Parlay (SGP) Profit Boost for every win your assigned team earns during the Men’s NCAAB Tournament. 
      • Maximum wager of $50
      • Must have total odds of +300 or longer
      • Must have 3+ legs
      • Must use on Live Wager
    • Wager $100+: Player will win an equal share of the $300,000 Bonus Bet Jackpot if their assigned team advances the furthest in the Men’s NCAAB Tournament and receive a Bet Reset for every win your assigned team earns during the Men’s NCAAB Tournament.
      • Bet Reset: Players will receive a Bet Reset that can be used on any Men's NCAAB Tournament wager with odds of -200 or longer. Players will receive 100% back of their stake up to $10 in a Bonus Bet if their wager loses.
  • Bonus Bets are bonus funds which may only be used on theScore Bet. Wagering with Bonus Bets makes no deductions from your cash balance. Wagers with Bonus Bets that settle as a WIN will only return the winnings to the player in withdrawable cash.   • Profit Boosts are a bonus which may only be used on theScore Bet. Wagers with Profit Boosts that settle as a WIN will return the stake and the boosted odds winnings to the player in withdrawable cash.   • Bet Resets are a bonus which may only be used on theScore Bet. Wagers with Bet Resets that settles as a LOSS will receive a Bonus Bet equal to amount of the eligible stake up to the maximum amount.  For more information on Bet Resets please see Sections 9 and 11 of the promotion’s full terms and conditions or visit our Bonus page. 
  • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period:
  • March 16, 2026: 5:00:00 PM ET - March 20, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Ineligible Wagers: Any wager that does not meet the Eligible Wager requirements or falls under any of the following below:
  • Wagers settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided.”
  • Wagers not funded with the cash wallet.
  • Wagers placed prior to opt-in.
  • Wagers placed with a Bonus Bet or Profit Boost.

 

Additional Terms

  • Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter for free, without placing a wager and an opt-in to receive marketing communication from Sponsor, do the following: Players may be eligible for the Promotion entry by mailing their selections for an Eligible Wager to Penn Sports Interactive, LLC at 1818 Market Street, Suite 1300, Philadelphia, PA 19103 
  • Placing an actual Eligible Wager on theScore Bet is not necessary. 
  • Mail-in selections must still reflect the lines offered on theScore.bet at the time and meet the odds requirements.
  • Mail-in selections must reference this promotion, contain a player’s full name associated with their Player Account, a player’s theScore Bet email, and their pick (team, spread/total, odds) for an Eligible Wager, and the date the mail is sent.
  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
  • Bonus Bets will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours from when the last assigned team is remaining and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • Profit Boost will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours of the conclusion of each round of the NCAA Tournament and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt.
  • Bet Resets will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours of the conclusion of each round of the NCAA Tournament and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. Any Bonus Bets earned from the Bet Reset must be used within seven (7) days of receipt.

  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion Period is as follows:

  • March 16, 2026: 5:00:00 PM ET - March 20, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET

3. Eligibility

  • Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
  • Eligibility restrictions apply. See ‘Eligibility’ section of the Promotion Terms for details.

 

4. Action Required

Players must opt-in and place Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Games during the Promotion Period.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Bonus Bets will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours from when the last assigned team is eliminated in the Men’s NCAAB Tournament and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. 

Profit Boost will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours of the conclusion of each round of the NCAA Tournament and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. 

Bet Resets will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours of the conclusion of each round of the NCAA Tournament and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. Any Bonus Bets earned from the Bet Reset must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. Any Bonus Bets earned from the Bet Reset, must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. 

In the event two (2) or more assigned teams reach the same round of the NCAAB Tournament, the $300,000 Bonus Bet Jackpot will be distributed evenly among players who placed Eligible Wager(s).

 

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.

 

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. 8. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

9. Order of Funds Used for Wagering

  • Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  • Bonus Bets may be used on eligible theScore Bet markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.
  • Profit Boosts must be used on eligible NCAAB markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.
  • Bet Resets must be used on eligible NCAAB markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.

10. Eligible Games

Any Men’s NCAAB Tournament market(s) available on theScore Bet. Bonus Bets may be used on any market(s) available on theScore Bet. Profit Boosts may be used on any Live Men’s NCAAB Parlay or Same Game Parlay (SGP) wager that meets Promotion requirements. Bet Resets may be used on any Men's NCAAB Tournament wager with odds of -200 or longer.

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

Bonus Bet funds are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Bet Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash:

  • Bonus Bet funds can be redeemed on any market, including straights, parlays, and futures. 
  • Bonus Bets may only be redeemed one at a time.
  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon bet settlement. 
  • Bonus Bets cannot be used on any Casino games.

 

Profit Boost are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements ("Profit Boost Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash:

  • Profit Boosts can be redeemed on any NCAAB markets.
  • Profit Boosts may only be redeemed one at a time.
  • Profit Boosts cannot be used on bets placed with Bonus Bets or PENN Play Credits.
  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon bet settlement. 
  • Profit Boosts cannot be used on any Casino games.

 

Bet Resets are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bet Reset Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash:

  • Bet Reset funds can be redeemed on any NCAAB markets.
  • Bet Reset may only be redeemed one at a time.
  • Loses will automatically convert stake into Bonus Bet upon bet settlement. 
  • Bet Reset cannot be used on any Casino games.

 

12. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

14. Other Terms

  • In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail. 
  • All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  • You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  • By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  • Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  • Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  • Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
