Touchdown Trio T&Cs (the “Terms and Conditions”)

 

The Touchdown Trio offers theScore Bet players the opportunity to win a weekly Bonus Bet (defined below) and entries into a Season-Long $1,000,000 Jackpot drawing. Players who opt-in each week of the Promotion Period will receive one (1) entry into the Season-Long $1,000,000 Jackpot and will be assigned three (3) random NFL players via in-app communications. Players will receive one (1) entry each Promotion Period for opting in. For every Touchdown the assigned NFL players score during the Promotion Period, players will receive a $2 Bonus Bet and one (1) additional entry into the Season-Long $1,000,000 Jackpot after placing $10+ in cumulative cash wagers on any NFL market(s). Alternatively, players who place $50+ in cumulative cash Same Game Parlay (SGP) wagers will receive a $4 Bonus Bet and two (2) additional entries into the Season-Long $1,000,000 Jackpot for every Touchdown the assigned NFL players score during the Promotion Period. There is no limit to the amount of Bonus Bets or entries a player can earn each Promotion Period. The Season-Long $1,000,000 Jackpot drawing will take place within 72 hours of the end of the Promotion Period, and 22,504 Winners will be selected to each receive one (1) Promotion Offer.

 

The “Touchdown Trio” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at theScore Bet > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

 

Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is required weekly.
  • Eligibility: Available to all registered players with an active and verified Account.
  • Eligible Games: Any NFL market(s) available on theScore Bet.
  • Eligible Wagers: Players must opt-in and place cash wagers on the Eligible Games during each week of the Promotion Period. Players will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing during each Promotion Period for opting in. Players who place $10 or more in cumulative pre-live or live cash wagers on the Eligible Games will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing as well as a $2 Bonus Bet and one (1) additional entry into the random drawing for every Touchdown scored by their assigned NFL players. Alternatively, players who place $50 or more in cumulative cash wagers on any pre-live or live Same Game Parlay (SGP) using the Eligible Games will receive a $4 Bonus Bet and two (2) additional entries into the random drawing for every Touchdown scored by their assigned NFL players. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be earned during each Promotion Period.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in must place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games available on theScore Bet. Players who place $10 or more in cumulative pre-live or live cash wagers on the Eligible Games will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing then a $2 Bonus Bet and one (1) entry into the random drawing for every Touchdown scored by their assigned NFL players. Alternatively, players who place $50 or more in cumulative pre-live or live cash wagers on any Same Game Parlay (SGP) on the Eligible Games will receive a $4 Bonus Bet and two (2) additional entries into the random drawing for every Touchdown scored by their assigned NFL players. A touchdown scorer is defined as the player in possession of the ball in the end zone and not the player who throws the touchdown. There is no limit to the amount of Bonus Bets or entries a player can earn each week. Weekly and Season-Long Breakdowns below:

 

Weekly Rewards Breakdown:

  • Players must opt-in and place $10+ in cumulative pre-live or live cash wagers on the Eligible Games to receive one (1) entry into the Season-Long $1,000,000 Jackpot drawing. For every Touchdown scored by the assigned NFL player during the Promotion Period, players will receive a $2 Bonus Bet & one (1) additional entry into the Season-Long $1,000,000 Jackpot drawing.
  • Alternatively, players may also opt-in and place $50+ in cumulative cash wagers on any pre-live or live Same Game Parlay (SGP) using the Eligible Games. For every Touchdown scored by the assigned NFL players during the Promotion Period, players will receive a $4 Bonus Bet & two (2) additional entries into the Season-Long $1,000,000 Jackpot drawing.

 

Season-Long Rewards Breakdown:

  • Players who place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will earn entries into a random drawing for a chance to receive a share of $1,000,000 in Cash, Bonus Bets or PENN Play Credits. Total entries earned are based on weekly opt-ins, Eligible Wager(s), and the number of Touchdowns scored by the assigned NFL player(s) during each Promotion Period. The random drawing will be completed after the conclusion of the final Promotion Period, and winner(s) will be selected using a random number generator. Each player is limited to one (1) winning entry, and 22,504 Winners will be selected to each receive one (1) Promotion Offer.

 

Prize Structure described below:

  • 1st Selection: $100,000 in Cash
  • 2nd Selection: $25,000 in Cash
  • 3rd Selection: $10,000 in Cash
  • 4th - 103rd Selections: - $1,000 in PENN Play Credits each 
  • 104th - 403rd Selections: $500 in PENN Play Credits each
  • 404th - 1,003rd Selections: $200 in Bonus Bets each
  • 1,004th - 1,803rd Selections: $100 in Bonus Bets each
  • 1,804th - 3,003rd Selections: $50 in Bonus Bets each
  • 3,004th - 6,503rd Selections: $25 in Bonus Bets each
  • 6,504th - 22,504th Selections: $10 in Bonus Bets each

 

  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • Bonus Bets are bonus funds which may only be used on theScore Bet. Wagering with Bonus Bets makes no deductions from your cash balance. Wagers with Bonus Bets that settle as a WIN will only return the winnings to the player in withdrawable cash.   • Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter for free, without placing a wager and an opt-in to receive marketing communication from Sponsor, do the following: Players may be eligible for the Promotion entry by mailing their selections for an Eligible Wager to Penn Sports Interactive, LLC at 1818 Market Street, Suite 1300, Philadelphia, PA 19103 
  • Placing an actual Eligible Wager on theScore Bet is not necessary.
  • Mail-in selections must still reflect the lines offered on thescore.bet at the time and meet the odds requirements.
  • Mail-in selections must reference this promotion, contain a player’s full name associated with their Player Account, a player’s theScore Bet username, and their pick (team, spread/total, odds) for an Eligible Wager, and the date the mail is sent.
  • Limit of one (1) mail-in selection per Promotion Period.

Claiming Promotion Offer

Weekly Rewards:

Season-Long Rewards: 

The random drawing for the Season-Long $1,000,000 Jackpot will be completed within 72 hours of the final Promotion Period, and winners are determined using a random number generator. 22,504 Winners will be selected to each receive a share of $1,000,000 in Cash, Bonus Bets, or PENN Play Credits. Cash will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours of the conclusion of the random drawing. PENN Play Credits and Bonus Bets will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours and must be used within seven (7) days of receipt. Limit one (1) winning entry per Account. WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.

 

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion.

 

Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

  1. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  2. Bonus Bets may be used on eligible theScore Bet markets and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager.
  3. PENN Play Credits may be used on theScore Bet or Hollywood Casino and must be manually selected in your betslip window when placing a wager. Hollywood Casino available in select states.

Eligible Games

Any NFL market(s) available on theScore Bet. Bonus Bets may be used on any market(s) available on theScore Bet. PENN Play Credits may be used on any market(s) available on theScore Bet or any games available on Hollywood Casino. Hollywood Casino available in select states.

 

Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

Bonus Bet funds are eligible to be wagered in line with all the following requirements (“Bonus Bet Requirements”) in order to be converted to withdrawable real cash:

  • Bonus Bet funds can be redeemed on any market, including straights, parlays, and futures. 
  • Bonus Bets may only be redeemed one at a time.
  • Winnings will automatically convert to real cash upon bet settlement. 
  • Bonus Bets cannot be used on any Casino games.

 

PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play Credits may be earned through theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino or by redeeming PENN Cash on theScore Bet in accordance with the PENN Play Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • PENN Play Credits are consumed by expiration date, meaning credits with the soonest expiration date will be consumed first, followed by later expiration credits. Credits cannot be combined with cash but can be used with other PENN Play Credits to place higher value bets than the individual value of a singular Credit award.

 

Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  1. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail.

  3. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  4. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  5. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  6. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  7. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  8. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
