• Promotion Offer: Players who opt-in will be entered into a random drawing for a chance to earn a coupon code for Gift & Go. Winers may select a gift from the Gift & Go website before December 31, 2025.

• All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.

Claiming Promotion Offer

Winners may select their electronics physical prize from available options (EST Value: $100-$150). Gift & Go coupon codes will be valid until December 31, 2025.

The player will be contacted by the Sponsor via the email associated with their theScore Bet Account within 72 hours of the conclusion of the Promotion Period. Players must subscribe to email to be considered. Maximum of only one (1) reward per player. WINNERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

Order of Funds Used for Wagering

• Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.

• By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
• Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
• Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
• Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
