Sportsbook Host Net Loss Match Offer (Credits)

Void in Ontario.

Players who place cash wagers on any market(s) available on theScore Bet will a specified amount back on their total net cash losses incurred during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of $10,000 in PENN Play Credits (defined below). Net loss percentage will be specified by a Penn Interactive Host.

 

The “Sportsbook Host Net Loss Match Offer” (“Promotion”) is subject to the Promotional Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”) of theScore Bet, which can be viewed at theScore Bet Help Center > Legal > Promotional Terms and Conditions, and the following:

  1. Description of Promotion

How It Works (short terms)

  • Opt-in Requirement: Opt-in is not required.
  • Eligibility: Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account (see Section 3).
  • Eligible Games: Any market(s) available on theScore Bet.
  • Eligible Wagers: Players must place cash wager(s) on any Eligible Games available during the Promotion Period.
  • Promotion Offer: Players who place Eligible Wagers on the Eligible Games will receive a specified amount back on the total net cash losses incurred during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of $10,000 in PENN Play Credits. Limit of one (1) Promotion Offer per Account. Net Loss percentage will be specified by a Penn Interactive Host.
  • PENN Play Credits are a playable balance that may be redeemed on Sportsbook and Casino wagering and are subject to a one (1) time wager requirement. PENN Play® Credits may be earned through ESPN BET or by redeeming PENN Cash on ESPN BET in accordance with the PENN Play® Loyalty Program. Restrictions apply.   • Promotion Period: Below is the Promotion Period:
  • December 1, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - March 6, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Ineligible Wagers: 
  • Bets settled as “Cash Out” or “Voided.” 
  • Wagers placed using Bonus Bets.
  • Placing wagers on both sides of a game or event is expressly prohibited and will disqualify you from the Promotion.
  • Wagers placed with Profit Boost

 

Additional Terms

  • All wagers MUST be funded with your cash wallet balance.
  • PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account automatically and must be used within (14) days of receipt.

  • To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction or Play Through Requirements.

  • Must be physically present in AZ, CO, D.C., IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, VA, or WV in order to wager.
  • This Promotion is offered by Penn Sports Interactive, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, the “Sponsor”).

 

  1. Promotion Period 

Below is the Promotion Period:

  • December 1, 2025: 12:00:00 AM ET - March 6, 2026: 11:59:59 PM ET

 

  1. Eligibility
  2. Available to invited, registered players with an active and verified Account who receive the Promotion communication. Player invitation is based on previous play activity.

  1. Action Required

Players must place Eligible Wager(s) on the Eligible Game(s) available during the Promotion Period.

 

  1. Claiming Promotion Offer

PENN Play Credits will be applied to the player’s Account automatically and must be used within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Players may claim the Promotion Offer one (1) time during the Promotion Period. For more information on Eligible Cashback please visit our Bonus page. In the event of technical difficulties, the Eligible Cashback will be applied to the player’s Account within 72 hours.

 

  1. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must have successfully registered for an Account on theScore Bet, as defined in the Terms of Use. Creating an Account on theScore Bet is free. By submitting your information and creating an Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, you cannot create an Account or participate in this Promotion. 

 

  1. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the Eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3, the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous Promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.  Participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor to receive any reward.   1. Wagering Requirements/Exclusions

Any Action Required (see Section 4) completed outside of the Promotion Period, or wagers that are settled using the live “Cash Out” feature are excluded from this Promotion. Unless otherwise specified by Sponsor, this Promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offer. Eligible Cashback awarded may be converted by wagering on Sportsbook and is subject to a Cashback rate of 100%. Please see Section 11 for restrictions related to wagering the Promotion Offer.

 

  1. Order of Funds Used for Wagering
  2. Unless otherwise selected, the player’s cash balance will be used first to place wagers.
  3. PENN Play Credits cannot be wagered and converts to real cash by placing eligible cash wagers.

  1. Eligible Games

Any market(s) available on theScore Bet. PENN Play Credits may be used on any market(s) available on theScore Bet.

 

  1. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Bonus funds awarded are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering on your Account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn from your Account until they have been converted to withdrawable cash. 

 

  1. Cancellation

To cancel participation in this or any promotion, contact customer support by email at support@thescore.bet with your cancellation request. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your account without restriction. However, any bonus funds in your account must be converted to cash before it may be withdrawn.

  2. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Promotion Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and prevail. 
  3. All promotions are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and general Terms and Conditions.
  4. You may only have one (1) active Account at any time.
  5. By accepting the Promotion Offer or any reward, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion offer.
  6. Offer subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. 
  8. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any Account holder from participating in this Promotion for any reason. Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships, or organizations may participate in this Promotion or reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.
  9. Any Account holder who is found to be ineligible to play on theScore Bet immediately forfeits any Promotion Offer or reward.
