-
Wagers
2.1. theScore Bet accepts wagers on its posted terms.
2.2. theScore Bet reserves the right to suspend or close any markets made available for wagering (each a “Market”) at any time (notwithstanding any parts of the Betting Rules) and may void wagers on a match, event, or game (each an “Event”) or wagers on any series of Events which comprise a tournament (each a “Tournament”) or a particular selection within a patron’s parlay wager, subject to restrictions on voiding wagers as may be set by the applicable Gaming Authorities. References to an Event in these Betting Rules shall also apply to a Tournament, unless otherwise indicated. theScore Bet will decide (acting reasonably) whether a Market relates to an Event or a Tournament.
2.3. theScore Bet reserves the right to refuse any wager.
2.4. For wagers to stand, there must be action in the Event. If, following placement of a wager, action in the Event is not possible or does not occur, then such wager shall be deemed “no action” and the staked amount for such wager will be refunded.
2.5. theScore Bet reserves the right to determine minimum and maximum wager limits, including, but not limited to, on a wager by wager or patron by patron basis.
2.6. Wagering options, other than In-Play wagers, are available up until the official start time of the Event, unless otherwise specified by theScore Bet.
2.7. Wagers may be subject to a delay, at theScore Bet’s discretion, prior to acceptance.
2.8. A straight wager resulting in a push will be declared “no action” and refunded unless the straight wager includes a tie option, in which case the tie option will be graded as a winner and all other selections will be graded as losers.
2.9. Canceled Events or Tournaments that have either not started or have not met the minimum length for said Event to be official, will result in the applicable wager being declared “no action” and refunded. Parlays that involve a canceled Event will reduce to the next lowest number of selections. If a canceled Event selection reduces by one or more selections, the wager will pay on the remaining selection price(s) either as a straight wager if the wager is reduced to a single selection, or as a parlay if more than one leg is still remaining provided that pricing is available for those leg(s).
2.10. Subject to the Maximum Payout (as defined below), your wager amount is capped at your Eligible Balance (as defined in the Terms of Use).
2.11. theScore Bet reserves the right to restrict, suspend, limit or otherwise revise the availability of a promotion on a wager by wager and patron by patron basis.
2.12. If the outcome of a wager cannot be properly verified, theScore Bet reserves the right to delay grading until official results for the wager are available.
2.13. If wagers are offered when the outcome of the Event is already known, theScore Bet reserves the right to void any such wagers and refund the staked amount, subject to rules and regulations imposed by applicable Gaming Authorities.
2.14. If an Event’s format changes before the start of such Event such that it no longer adheres to the generally accepted format applicable to such Event (for example: unusual period length, unusual number of periods, different counting procedure, unusual scoring format of a match, unusual play-in rules, etc.), theScore Bet reserves the right to deem all wagers on Markets related to such Event as “no action” and refund the staked amount.
2.15. You are responsible for managing the selection and placement of your sports wagers and take responsibility for your wagers. Once a wager has been entered, your wager will stand for grading purposes subject to these Betting Rules. Any request by you to cancel a wager will be considered at theScore Bet’s sole discretion subject to rules and regulations set by the applicable Gaming Authorities.

3.2.4. Win amounts on all current price wagers are determined using standard money line calculations, unless otherwise specified.
3.2.5. Final calculations are rounded up or down to the nearest cent ($0.01).
-
Parlays
4.1. Parlays are wagers which include more than one selection (i.e. a wager which includes two or more selections or “legs” is a parlay wager). If a parlay wager includes two or more selections from the same Event, it is known as a Parlay+™ wager, with each set of selections on the same Event referred to herein as a “same game parlay” portion of a Parlay+™ wager. Parlay+™ wagering rules can be found in Section 5 below.
4.2. Pushes and voids on one or more selections in a parlay wager (except for same game parlay portions in Parlay+™ wagers, which are subject to Section 5 below) will cause the parlay wager to reduce to the remaining number of valid selections and reduce the potential win amount based on the prices of the remaining number of selections. If the parlay wager reduces to a single selection, the wager will payout as a straight wager based on the price of that single selection.
4.3. theScore Bet will not accept parlay wagers where the win amount exceeds the Maximum Payout.
4.4. Proposition wagers and Future wagers may be parlayed depending on the specific nature of the Proposition or Future Market.
4.5. Teasers are a type of parlay with the possibility to allocate the same pre-set amount of points to all outcomes present in a parlay (combination) containing Spreads (Handicaps), Totals (Over/Unders) or a combination of both. Should any part of a Teaser bet be settled as void or push, that particular selection will be excluded from the parlay and the odds/payout will be re-adjusted removing the voided or push legs. Where a void or push results in a teaser being reduced to one selection, the teaser will be treated as a single wager and paid out at the appropriate fixed odds.
-
Parlay+™
5.1. Parlay+™ wagers are a type of parlay wager consisting of one or more same game parlay wagers and may also include other individual selection(s) on unrelated Event(s). By way of illustration, the following is an example of a 5-leg Parlay+™ wager:
- Selection A and Selection B on Event 1 (same game parlay portion SG1) + Selection C and Selection D on Event 2 (same game parlay portion SG2) + Selection E on Event 3
5.2. Same game parlay portion(s) of a Parlay+™ wager are subject to the following grading rules:
5.2.1. If one or more selections in a same game parlay portion of a Parlay+™ wager result in a loss, such same game parlay portion will be graded as a loss, except if a selection of such same game parlay portion was voided for any reason, in which case 5.2.2 below applies.
5.2.2. If one or more selections in a same game parlay portion of a Parlay+™ wager are voided for any reason (for example, due to the selected player not taking part in the game), the same game parlay portion of the Parlay+™ wager that contained the applicable selection will be voided, regardless of the results of the remaining selections of such same game parlay portion. The remaining selections in the Parlay+™ wager will be graded in accordance with these Betting Rules.
5.2.3. If one or more selections in a same game parlay portion of a Parlay+™ wager settle as a push (for example, due to a total ending up exactly on the number that was selected), the same game parlay portion of the Parlay+™ wager that contained the applicable selection will be deemed a push, except if a selection of such same game parlay portion results in a loss, in which case 5.2.1 above applies. The remaining selections in the Parlay+™ wager will be graded in accordance with these Betting Rules.
5.2.4. If the number of selections in a Parlay+™ wager is reduced (e.g. due to pushes or voids), it will cause the Parlay+™ wager to reduce to the remaining number of valid selections, and reduce the potential win amount based on the prices of the remaining number of selections. If a Parlay+™ wager reduces such that the remaining selections are on separate Events (i.e. there are no same game parlay portions remaining), the wager will no longer be a Parlay+™ wager and will be graded as a standard parlay wager in accordance with these Betting Rules. If a Parlay+™ wager reduces to a single selection, the wager will be graded as a straight wager based on the price of that remaining selection.
5.2.5. By way of example, using the Parlay+™ wager illustration in Section 5.1 above:
- Situation 1: If Selection A is voided for any reason, the SG1 portion of the Parlay+™ wager will be voided (regardless of the outcome of Selection B) and the remainder of the Parlay+™ wager (SG2 + Selection E) will be graded in accordance with these Betting Rules.
- Situation 2: If Selection A results in a push and Selection B wins, and Selection D is voided for any reason, then the SG1 portion of the Parlay+™ wager will be deemed a push, the SG2 portion will be voided, and Selection E will be graded as a straight wager in accordance with these Betting Rules.
- Situation 3: If Selection A results in a push and Selection B results in a loss, then SG1 results in a loss and the Parlay+™ wager will be graded as a loss, regardless of the outcome of Selections C, D, or E.
5.3. If one or more same game parlay portion(s) or other selection(s) in your Parlay+™ wager result in a loss, the Parlay+™ wager will be graded as a loss.

Abandonments, Cancellations, Postponements
6.1. Certain Events have different rules with respect to abandonment, cancellation and/or postponements, and these are listed in the Sport Specific Rules. However, where the Sport Specific Rules is silent in relation to an abandonment, cancellation and/or postponement of an Event, the following rules shall apply:
6.1.1. In relation to any Event that is delayed, postponed or continued beyond the original Event date, if the Event does not commence or resume by the end of the following calendar day, all wagers on such Event will be deemed “no action” and refunded.
6.1.2. In relation to any Tournament, if the Tournament is not completed within 24 hours following the scheduled completion date of the Tournament, then any Selections relating to the Tournament will be graded in accordance with the official ruling of the relevant league’s or sport governing body for such Tournament, providing such a decision is given within 90 days after the originally scheduled completion date for the Tournament. If no official ruling is announced by the league or sport governing body within this 90-day period, then wagers on any Markets relating to the Tournament will be deemed “no action” and refunded, except for wagers on any Markets for that Tournament which have been unconditionally determined.
6.2. If there is no further sporting action in any Event, all wagers placed after the conclusion of action will be voided and refunded.
-
Futures
7.1. Unless otherwise stated, Futures will be graded based on the applicable league or the sport governing body’s results determination, as applicable. If no winner is declared by the league or the sport governing body, then the wagers will be declared “no action” and refunded. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any subsequent vacatur of a title will not be recognized and wagers will not be regraded. For Futures wagers where participants are declared a tie, Dead Heat rules apply.
7.2. For “To Qualify” Markets, some Markets have different rules, and these are listed in the Sport Specific Rules. However, if not dealt with in the Sport Specific Rules then the following shall apply:
7.2.1. Any 'To Qualify' Market (e.g. "to reach the final" Markets) will be determined by the competitor or team that progresses, whether or not they take part in the next round or next Event for which they have qualified. Markets will be graded after the qualifying stage and any subsequent disqualification or amendment to the result will not be recognized and wagers will not be regraded.
-
Suspicious Wagering Activity
8.1. Where there is suspicion of price, race, match or event manipulation, or where there is suspicion of any illegal or other activity which violates the Governing Documents, theScore Bet reserves the right to withhold payment, pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation, and ultimately to declare such wagers as void, subject to applicable gaming regulations. See Section 7 of the Terms of Use for more details.
-
“In-Play” Wagering
9.1. In-Play wagering allows for placing wagers during an ongoing Event. theScore Bet may partially or fully suspend an In-Play Market at any time and impose a delay on any or all In-Play wagers, including, but not limited to, timing, placement or acceptance delays. theScore Bet reserves the right to void any part of any or all wagers on In-Play Markets on Events that are not completed, as set forth herein.
9.2. You acknowledge and understand that there may be timing issues with respect to the broadcast of Events, including differences in timing between the live Event and the broadcast of such live Event, and the timing and availability of the In-Play Market may affect the offering, placement and acceptance of wagers on In-Play Markets, including, but not limited to, extended time for accepting and processing an In-Play wager. If an In-Play Market does not suspend or close at the applicable scheduled closure time or if no scheduled Markets close, then as determined by theScore Bet, all wagers received or accepted after the applicable intended closure time will be void and staked amount refunded. Any In-Play wager placed after the outcome of the Event was known or otherwise already determined will be void and refunded.
9.3. You acknowledge, understand and agree that (i) you may not be able to see or otherwise receive current or recent information or data with respect to In-Play Markets, which may result from, among other things, Internet and network connectivity issues, the capabilities of hardware and devices, delays in coverage, information or data, human, software and/or system errors, bugs or defects, conflicts or failures of any software or system to operate in accordance with the rules of the relevant Event, or other errors; and (ii) theScore Bet shall not be liable for any inability to have and display current or recent information or data for such In-Play Markets, regardless of the reason for such inability.
-
Results and Grading
10.1. Except as set forth elsewhere in these Betting Rules, Markets will be graded based on the official results, rankings, and statistics published or provided by the applicable league or sport governing body (e.g. the Major League Baseball (MLB), National Football League (NFL), National Basketball Association (NBA), National Hockey League (NHL), National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), International Olympic Committee (IOC), FIFA, FIBA, etc.) at the end of the Event. If official results are unavailable, Markets will be graded based on data from a verifiable third party data source, third party media outlets, and/or public information available at the time of the conclusion of the Event. In the absence of consistent, independent verifiable third party data sources or if there is significant conflicting data from third party sources, Markets will be graded based on theScore Bet’s own statistics. theScore Bet will not regrade or resettle Markets based on subsequent statistical changes, protests, scoring changes, or overturned decisions following the conclusion of the Event.
10.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, theScore Bet may, at its discretion, result and grade a Market for an Event prior to the completion of said Event, including, but not limited to, by resulting and settling the relevant Market in-part.
10.3. theScore Bet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any Market for an Event if the Event’s result cannot be determined to theScore Bet’s satisfaction.
10.4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, theScore Bet reserves the right to determine and/or amend the grading of any Market, in order to, among other things, resolve a scenario where sources of data for the Event relevant to the Market provide differing results, to correct any error caused by incorrect data, or to correct an error in the resulting or grading process in general.
10.5. You expressly acknowledge and agree that the final determination made by theScore Bet with respect to any results and grading of a Market are final, determinative and binding and theScore Bet may revise account balances to reflect changes based on the determined results and grading.
-
Forfeited Events
11.1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Betting Rules, including the Sport Specific Rules:
11.1.1. If an applicable sport governing body rules that a team or player must forfeit an Event for any reason, then all wagers in respect of such forfeited Event related to such team or player (including proposition wagers in respect of such team’s or a player’s performance in such forfeited Event, or for a specified time period within such forfeited Event) will be declared “no action” and be refunded. Markets with respect to such Event that have been graded prior to the forfeiture (e.g. proposition wagers) will remain “action” on their original terms;
11.1.2. The results of the forfeited Event (including the win/loss result and any other statistics recognized by the applicable sport governing body in respect of such forfeited Event) will count towards team and player statistical wagers, Proposition wagers and Future wagers for time periods that extend beyond the forfeited Event itself (e.g. season long, month long, etc.) and such wagers will be considered “action”. By way of example, a team deemed to win a forfeited game will have the win count towards such team’s Season Total Wins propositional wager; and
11.1.3. The loss of opportunity of a team or player to accrue statistical results due to a forfeited Event shall not result in any adjustment to statistical thresholds for any team or player statistical wagers, Proposition wagers and Future wagers for time periods that extend beyond the forfeited Event itself, and shall be considered “action” on their original terms.
-
Change of Venue
12.1. Subject to the Sport Specific Rules, if the scheduled venue is changed after a wager is placed, all wagers placed before the change in venue are considered “action”.
-
Video Assistant Referee
13.1. Video Assistant Referee (VAR) can overrule refereeing decisions. In circumstances where VAR overturns the original refereeing decision, theScore Bet may in its sole discretion void and refund wagers placed during the period of time between the original referring decision and the VAR overturning the original refereeing decision.
-
“Dead Heat” Rule
14.1. If a dead heat exists to win an outright Market, the payout for a wager placed will be calculated by dividing the amount wagered by the number of selections that tied, and multiplying the resulting quotient by the applicable odds of the wager.
14.2. If a dead heat exists in a “To Finish in the Top ‘X’” Market, the payout for a wager placed if the sum of the number of dead heat finishers and the finishers who placed ahead of such dead heat finishers (if any) exceeds ‘X’ will be calculated by dividing the available spots for dead heat finishers in the Top ‘X’ (i.e. ‘X’ minus the number of finishers who placed ahead of such dead heat finishers (if any)) by the number of dead heat finishers, and multiplying the resulting quotient by the amount wagered and the applicable odds of the wager.
14.2.1. By way of example, if four golfers tie for third place in a “To Finish in the Top 5” market and you placed a $100 wager at 18/1 on one of the golfers tied for third, your payout would be calculated as follows: ((5-2)/4) x $100 x 18/1 for a payout of $1,350.
-
Pricing, Odds, Sports Data and Other Information
15.1. All Events, Markets, odds, sports data, pricing, and payouts are displayed where applicable within the Service, including the Apps.
15.2. Any and all sports data, including, but not limited to, Event results, scores or other statistical data is provided “as is” for informational purposes only and with no representation or warranty of correctness or accuracy.
15.3. Gaming system products and services, including user interfaces, display information and data related to Events, Markets, odds, sports data, pricing, and payouts prior to and at the time when you place a wager, may change at any time prior to and up to the time you attempt to place a wager. You are responsible for understanding all Events, Markets, odds, sports data, pricing, and payouts, and the information and data related to each of the foregoing, prior to and at the time you are placing a wager and agree that theScore Bet’s final determination as to the interpretation and application of these Betting Rules and the Events, Markets, odds, sports data, pricing, and payouts, and the information and data related to each of the foregoing, is binding on you.
15.4. theScore Bet makes reasonable efforts to provide for the accuracy of information and data provided with respect to Events, Markets, odds, sports data, pricing, and payouts. theScore Bet may source information and data from third parties, which is provided to you “as is” with no representation or warranty of correctness or accuracy, and theScore Bet and its licensors, vendors and suppliers expressly disclaim any and all warranties (whether express or implied) as to the timeliness, accuracy or completeness of such information and data and accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions or any loss, direct or indirect, suffered by you as a result of your use of or reliance on such information and data. Your reliance and use of this information or data is entirely at your own risk.
15.5. You expressly acknowledge, understand and agree that theScore Bet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any inaccuracy or error it determines exists with respect to such information and data. theScore Bet disclaims all representations and warranties that any information and data provided are accurate, error-free, or without delay, and further disclaims all liability for any and all inaccuracies, errors, and/or delays in any information and data on theScore Bet.
-
Refunds and Voids
16.1. Any refund or void of a wager will be made by theScore Bet in its sole discretion and approval, subject to compliance with rules and regulations of all applicable Gaming Authorities.
16.2. Except as otherwise provided, prohibited or required by or as otherwise set forth in applicable law, rules and regulations (whether applicable to you or theScore Bet) or the Governing Documents, wagers placed by you are subject to acceptance by theScore Bet. Even if a wager is accepted by theScore Bet, you acknowledge and agree and consent to theScore Bet voiding and refunding wagers in those circumstances where theScore Bet is either obligated to void or where theScore Bet determines in its discretion that such wagers should be voided, as set forth in the Governing Documents.
16.3. You expressly consent to theScore Bet refunding or voiding any wagers that are prohibited by applicable law, rules and regulations (whether applicable to you or theScore Bet), including, but not limited to, wagers on prohibited Markets, wagers on Events where the outcome of the Event is known (regardless of any system errors that may arise permitting such a wager) and wagers in violation of the terms, conditions, rules, policies or other agreements of or with theScore Bet.
16.4. Wagers on Events where the outcome is known are impermissible. You acknowledge and agree that you will not place or attempt to place any wager if the outcome of the Event is known and that any such wager may be voided by theScore Bet in its sole discretion.
16.5. Subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations of the Permitted Jurisdiction in which you place your wagers, theScore Bet reserves the right to void and refund wagers on Markets where a change in circumstance makes grading such wager an impossibility.
-
Obvious Errors
17.1. While theScore Bet makes reasonable efforts to avoid obvious errors (also referred to as palpable errors), theScore Bet reserves the right to grade a wager at the correct price or void the wager and refund the wagered amount, as set out below.
17.2. A non-exhaustive list of “obvious errors” is as follows:
17.2.1. The prices/terms offered are materially different from those available in the general market at the time the wager was placed;
17.2.2. The prices/terms offered at the time the wager is placed are clearly incorrect given the probability of the event occurring;
17.2.3. Odds or terms of a wager have been misquoted as a result of human or system errors, bugs or defects;
17.2.4. Errors which result from software and/or system bugs or defects;
17.2.5. Where theScore Bet continues to accept wagers on a Market for an Event which should have been suspended, including where the relevant Event is in progress, has already finished, or the result of such Event has been determined;
17.2.6. Where an error is made as to the amount of winnings/returns that are paid to you, including as a result of a manual or computer input error;
17.2.7. Where markets are created and graded for an Event that does not exist.
17.3. theScore Bet reserves the right to correct any obvious error with respect to a wager placed, and to grade such wager at the correct price and/or terms applicable to such wager (absent the obvious error) at the time the wager was made, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
17.4. If obvious errors occur, you acknowledge, understand and agree that theScore Bet reserves the right to take corrective action to resolve any such obvious errors, including, but not limited to, canceling, voiding or refunding of any wagers or winnings and crediting or debiting of your account to resolve the errors, subject to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. You agree to cooperate with theScore Bet in resolving any such errors and returning any funds or winnings to theScore Bet that may have been paid to you as a result of such errors, including, but not limited to, theScore Bet reclaiming such funds or winnings from your Account and acknowledge that at all times, theScore Bet reserves the right to correct or otherwise resolve any such obvious errors in its discretion, subject to compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
17.5. It is your responsibility to immediately notify theScore Bet and to cooperate with theScore Bet in resolution of any error or potential error related to your wagering or account activity.
17.6. 17.7. By using the wagering products or services provided by theScore Bet, you acknowledge, understand and agree that theScore Bet reserves the right to cancel, remove or otherwise change any of the Services at any time.
-
Cash Out Wagers
18.1. theScore Bet may offer patrons the opportunity to “cash-out” certain wagers early (before the Event is finally determined) by offering patrons the option to grade their wager early based upon an offered value.
18.2. If the cash-out is successful, a success message will be displayed, a record of the cash out will be available in your transaction history, and funds will be credited to your account.
18.3. Acceptance of a cash-out offer is considered a wager, is subject to all rules, regulations, limitations and restrictions applicable to wagering, and must be executed within the Permitted Jurisdiction (as defined in the Terms of Use) where the wager was placed.
18.4. Cash-out may not be available on all wagers.
18.5. Cash-out is not available on wagers placed using bonus bets or other promotional credits.
18.6. theScore Bet reserves the right to reverse any cash-out payout in case of errors or potential errors, including, but not limited to, incorrect calculations or pricing.
18.7. theScore Bet reserves the right to remove the cash-out feature from patrons where theScore Bet believes it is being misused or abused.

8.4 Wagers on full match Markets, 1st half Markets and 2nd half Markets will be declared “no action” and refunded if the following time periods are not completed:
8.4.1 Full match wagers: 90 minutes plus stoppage time, if any.

8.4.3 2nd half wagers: 45 minutes, plus stoppage time, if any.
8.5 Unless otherwise specified, all soccer matches are 90 minutes plus stoppage time, if applicable, but exclude overtime/extra time and penalty shootouts. Any match which does not meet the above requirements will be deemed “no action” and refunded (e.g. 2x 40 minutes, 3x30 minutes).
8.6 If any team starts a 90 minute match with less than 11 players, wagers placed on that match will be deemed “no action” and refunded.
8.7 Clean Sheet: Indicates that the listed team/participant must not concede any goal during the full match or other relevant timeframe, as applicable.
8.8 For “Draw No Bet” betting, in the event of a draw or tie, wagers will be deemed “no action” and refunded.
8.9 Wagers (including totals) are graded based on the score at the end of regulation time for the applicable period (full match, 1st half, 2nd half) plus stoppage time, if any, in respect of the applicable period. Goals scored in any overtime/extra time period or in a penalty shootout are not considered, unless otherwise specified.
8.10 Own goals scored do not count towards First, Last or Next scorer Markets. Goals will be graded on the next legal (i.e. non-own goal) scorer in the match. For all other wagers involving goals, own goals do count for betting purposes unless otherwise stated.
8.11 For “First Scorer” Markets, if the first goal is scored by a player not on the list of players offered by theScore Bet for the First Scorer Market, all wagers will be graded as “losers”; notwithstanding the foregoing, wagers made on players who did not participate in the match before the first goal was scored (“non-runners”) will be deemed “no action” and refunded.
8.12 For “Last Goal Scorer” Markets, if the last goal is scored by a player not on the list of players offered by theScore Bet for the Last Goal Scorer Market, all wagers will be graded as “losers”; notwithstanding the foregoing, wagers made on players who did not participate in the match (“non-runners”) will be deemed “no action” and refunded.
8.13 Player wagers are deemed "no action" and refunded if the selected player does not start the match.
8.14 Player wagers are limited to the full 90 minutes of match time plus any stoppage time. Match betting and player wagers do not include overtime/extra time or penalty shootouts, unless the Markets offered expressly include overtime/extra time and/or penalty shootouts time and results. Where applicable, Markets such as Player Tackles and Player Passes will display 'Includes Overtime' in the Market name if overtime/extra time results apply.
8.15 If a match offered within a specific round of a competition is postponed, Team To Qualify wagers still stand, irrespective of the length of the delay. If a team qualifies for the next round but no match is played in the next round (opposition withdraws or is disqualified), all wagers on the To Qualify market will be deemed “no action” and refunded.
8.16 Future Markets. In the event of a shortened season due to unforeseen circumstances, grading will be based on the official result announced for that competition by the sport governing body. Wagers will stand on any team that does not complete all its fixtures.
8.16.1 League winner: Wagers are graded on which team will place highest in the league at the end of the season, including any tie breaker used to decide the winner and/or playoffs to determine the season winner (unless specifically mentioned in the Market title).
8.16.2 Top league goalscorer: Wagers are graded on the player who scores the most goals in the league indicated in the market title, e.g. all goals must be scored in one specific league in one season, regardless of Club. Only league goals count – excluding playoff matches. Own goals do not count. Dead Heat rules apply.
8.16.3 Relegation betting: If a team is removed from the league before the season has started, then all relegation wagers on that result will be deemed “no action” and refunded, and a new market will be created. If a team is expelled from the league by the sports governing body during the season, before all games are completed, then relegation wagers on that team will be deemed “no action” and refunded. Relegation will include automatic places and the outcome of any promotion/relegation playoff deciders. Any points deduction awarded is included for relegation purposes. 9.4 Wagers on other Markets will be deemed “no action” and refunded in the event of a walk-over of player withdrawing during the match, unless the result has already been determined.

9.10 Future wagers in respect of a player will be deemed “no action” and refunded if the player does not start the match. All Futures wagers will be considered “action” if the player in question starts the match, regardless of whether the player concludes the matcht. If a match is decided by a Champions tiebreaker, the Champions tiebreaker will be considered the final set of the match and set betting will be graded in favor of the winner of the Champions tiebreaker. In addition, the Champions tiebreaker game will be deemed to be one (1) game for purposes of total games or game handicap wagers.
9.11 If penalty point(s) are awarded by the umpire, all wagers, whether on game, set or match, will stand.

Cricket
11.1 Money line wagers will be graded on the official result of the match. All wagers on a match will be void if the match is officially declared as a ‘no result’. If a match is affected by external factors (such as bad weather) and the official result is not declared as a ‘no result’, wagers will be graded based on the official competition rule according to the sport governing body (this includes matches where the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, or where the scheduled number of overs is reduced).
11.2 If a match is canceled before any play has taken place, then all wagers will be deemed “no action” and refunded unless the match is played within 48 hours of its initial starting time, in which case all wagers will stand.
11.3 If the result of a Test Match or County Championship match is a tie (i.e. where all innings have been completed and both teams have the same score), the draw will be deemed a loser and Dead Heat rules will apply to wagers on each team for the outright result. If the result of a one day, Twenty or ‘The Hundred’ match is a tie, and no winner is declared by the official competition rules, the Dead Heat rules shall apply. If a winner is declared by competition rules, for example a Super Over or Eliminator Over, then the winner of this will be deemed the winner of the match.
11.4 If a series is postponed for any reason before the scheduled number of games have taken place, then the team that is ahead at the time of the postponement will be deemed the winner for grading purposes. This rule also applies for the grading of top series run scorer and top series wicket taker wagers. Wagers on series correct score will be deemed “no action” and refunded if the scheduled number of matches is not completed. Wagers on the series top batsman/top bowler are taken ‘all in play or not’.
11.5 For limited Overs matches a minimum of 90% of the entire overs allocated for an inning, at the time the wager was struck, must be played for markets to be graded unless the innings has reached its natural conclusion.
11.6 Method of Next Dismissal result is determined by the method of the next dismissal of the team batting. If either batsman retires for any reason after the wager is placed, then the wager will be graded on the next dismissal. If there is no further dismissal after the wager is placed and before the innings close, then the wager will be deemed “no action” and refunded.
11.7 Fall of Next Wicket is determined by the total innings runs a team has scored at the fall of the named wicket (for example “3rd wicket”). If either batsman retires for any reason then the wager is graded on the total at the fall of the next wicket. If there is no dismissal before the innings close, due to the team declaring or reaching their target, or the match ending, then wagers will be graded based on the total number of innings runs at the close of the innings. All open wagers shall be void if 50 full overs are not bowled unless one team has won, is dismissed or declares prior to that point.
11.8 Most Team Sixes wagers stand as long as there is an official result and this is not ‘no result’.
11.9 Top Batsman Market is graded based on the batsman with the highest individual score in an individual innings. Top batsmen wagers for test matches apply only to the first innings of each team. There will be a separate Market for each team in the match. If a batsman retires and does not resume his innings, his score will stand. Wagers placed on any player not in the starting eleven will be deemed “no action” and refunded. Wagers placed on a player in the starting eleven stand, whether they bat or not. Wagers placed before the start of the frame will stand on any Markets for which a result has not been determined and will be graded once a result has been determined. Points scored in the re-racked frame before the re-rack do not carry over. Wagers placed after the break of the frame (and since any previous re-rack) but before a re-rack will be deemed “no action” and refunded.
15.4 If a match is completed without one player winning sufficient frames to win the match based on the scheduled number of frames (for example due to the withdrawal or disqualification of a player during a match), then all wagers on correct frame and total frame Markets will be deemed “no action” and refunded.
